We are excited to announce the opening of CX Modena | Crocetta (Via Fanti), scheduled for September 2025: a modern, state-of-the-art facility designed to become a landmark in the city of Modena. The new CX will rise on two towers: Tower A (7 floors) and Tower B (6 floors), offering a total of 366 beds, dedicated to students and young people with long-stay and short-stay solutions.
We are looking for a Booking Supervisor who is precise, practical and attentive, capable of keeping everything under control: from individual bookings to groups, from last-minute sales to special events.
Do you see the world divided into rows and columns, but with the data filter active? Do you turn reality into interactive dashboards and have the pivot index in your DNA? If opening spreadsheets relaxes you more than the Monday coffee break, then you could be the missing piece!
BOOKING SUPERVISOR'S TO-DO LIST:
- You will enter and edit bookings received through all sales channels (e-mail, telephone, channel manager, walk-in and the like)
- You will handle and respond to complaints and information regarding bookings in a professional and courteous manner
- You will manage the sale and organisation of group bookings
- You will optimise the allocation of rooms and keep the room inventory under control at all times
- You will be proactive in selling events and organising them
- You will support in the development and feeding of the CRM
- You will take care of invoicing in general (electronic, university, groups, events, congresses)
- You will handle any customer complaints (online and offline)
- You will implement sales strategies in coordination with the Sales & Distribution department
- You will Upsell and Promote extra services and events
- You will attend sales events illustrating the Campus X product and attracting new customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree
- Previous experience in Sales and Reservation in the hotel or in tourism sector
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of Excel
- Organisational skills and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages will be an asset
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus)
- Flexibility and attention to detail
- Proactivity and work independence
- Excellent customer orientation
- Commercial attitude
