CXHO - F&B Controller Intern

Campus X is an Italian company operating in the hybrid hospitality sector, offering its guests a fully equipped, international living experience within its facilities.

With new openings in Naples, Modena and Turin, Campus X now has 13 facilities across Italy: a milestone that testifies to the company's continuous growth and ability to innovate the way people live, study and meet.

In this young and constantly evolving context, we are looking for an F&B Controller to join our Head Office as an intern!

TO DO LIST FOR THE F&B CONTROLLER INTERN:

  • Support the team in monitoring food and beverage costs, collaborating in the collection and analysis of data relating to consumption and expenses
  • Collaborate in managing supplier relationships, supporting the comparison of estimates and updating price lists
  • Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports on costs, consumption and economic performance indicators
  • Participate in the development and analysis of menu pricing strategies, in line with market trends and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards, taking into account HACCP procedures
  • Contribute to monitoring the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT)
  • Support operational activities during the opening of new facilities
  • Collaborate in the development and evaluation of new products in partnership with the Purchasing team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Master's degree in F&B Management (could be considered a plus) 

  • Degree in economics or equivalent disciplines

  • Good knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel)

  • Knowledge of English

  • Accuracy, punctuality and attention to detail

  • Proactivity, curiosity and aptitude for teamwork
