CXHO - F&B Controller Intern

In this young and constantly evolving context, we are looking for an F&B Controller to join our Head Office as an intern!

TO DO LIST FOR THE F&B CONTROLLER INTERN:

• Support the team in monitoring food and beverage costs, collaborating in the collection and analysis of data relating to consumption and expenses
• Collaborate in managing supplier relationships, supporting the comparison of estimates and updating price lists
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports on costs, consumption and economic performance indicators
• Participate in the development and analysis of menu pricing strategies, in line with market trends and customer preferences
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards, taking into account HACCP procedures
• Contribute to monitoring the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSAT)
• Support operational activities during the opening of new facilities
• Collaborate in the development and evaluation of new products in partnership with the Purchasing team

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in F&B Management (could be considered a plus) 

• Degree in economics or equivalent disciplines

• Good knowledge of the Office suite (especially Excel)

• Knowledge of English

• Accuracy, punctuality and attention to detail

• Proactivity, curiosity and aptitude for teamwork
