We are looking for a Front Office Manager with strong interpersonal skills, natural leadership and a desire to make a difference every day.

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER’S TO-DO LIST:

• You will report directly to the Resident Manager.
• You will support the Resident Manager in monitoring the property’s KPIs.
• You will coordinate Front Office staff, plan and organise work shifts and staff deployment.
• You will be responsible for the smooth running of all reception shifts and will contribute to achieving all the property’s objectives (quantitative and qualitative).

• You will carry out daily checks to ensure the accuracy of check-in and check-out procedures, invoices issued and cash-up procedures.
• You will be directly responsible for invoicing under the INPS scheme and for transferring utility charges to companies that lease space within the premises (where applicable).
• You will handle complaints and cancellations.
• You will verify final invoices from external contractors (cleaning).
• You will manage reporting and data extracts from the management system, as well as supporting verification activities requested by the Resident Manager or Head Office.
• You will ensure ongoing compliance with CX Service Standards and support the implementation of new procedures by communicating them clearly and promptly to the entire Front Office
• You will be directly responsible for invoicing relating to the passing on of utility costs to companies leasing space within the premises

REQUIREMENTS: 

• A-levels or a degree
• Organisational skills, staff management and the ability to work in a team
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus)
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector as a FOM or Shift Leader
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
