Through its brands, CX Living develops living ecosystems designed for different target groups — students, young professionals, travellers and senior citizens — promoting models of hospitality and living that connect people, services and local areas. Against a backdrop of strong national and international expansion, CX Living is seeking a Marketing Coordinator capable of contributing to the strategic development and promotion of the Group’s various brands, working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary and growth-oriented environment.

  • You will coordinate and produce marketing content: copy for newsletters, social media, promotional materials, brochures, guides and internal communications.
  • You will manage the entire operational process of marketing campaigns, including offline activities: events, in-house promotions, press campaigns and printed materials.
  • You will supervise external suppliers and partners: printers, creative agencies, photographers, videographers and PR agencies.
  • You will plan and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
  • You will support the development of concepts and creative direction for campaigns and communication materials.
  • You will monitor KPIs and produce campaign reports to assess performance and optimise future activities.
  • You will ensure visual and brand consistency across all materials, both digital and print.
  • You will coordinate activities with internal teams (revenue, operations, sales) to ensure integration between marketing and the guest experience.

Requirements

  • Experience in operational marketing or project coordination within the hospitality, lifestyle or retail sectors.
  • Experience in content creation and management: copywriting, promotional materials, digital and offline communications.
  • Ability to manage suppliers and partners by coordinating timelines and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Project management skills: planning, budget tracking, managing multiple deadlines.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
