In a context of strong national and international expansion, CX Living is looking for a Legal Affairs Specialist who can provide strategic legal support to the Group's various brands, ensuring compliance, contract effectiveness, and risk management in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.

  • You will prepare, review, and support contract negotiations, making sure solutions are consistent and solid.
  • You will manage and update standard contract templates, keeping the documentation always ready and compliant with current regulations.
  • You will collect, organize, and archive legal documents, ensuring traceability and easy access to information.
  • You will provide support to company departments for legal requests of an operational nature.
  • You will study regulations and case law to ensure continuous updates and risk mitigation.
  • You will carry out corporate secretarial activities and support corporate management.
  • You will handle correspondence with counterparties, external lawyers, and clients in the pre-litigation phase.
  • You will assist in finding settlement solutions that can serve as a prelude to potential litigation.
  • You will draft formal notices, payment reminders, letters of dispute, and out-of-court documents.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Law.
  • 2-3 years of experience in law firms or in a corporate environment.
  • Authorization to practice law.
  • Excellent analytical skills, precision, autonomy, and result orientation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and flexible approach.
  • Knowledge of English (considered a plus).
