CXTS - Front Office Manager

Campus X is an Italian company operating in the student housing sector (www.cx-place.com), offering its guests a full optional and international living experience within its facilities.

We are looking for a Front Office Manager for our soon-to-open facility in Trieste.

CX Trieste will offer short and long stays with a total of 360 beds in 290 student rooms, 25 hotel rooms and 2 hostel dorms.

TO DO LIST OF THE FRONT OFFICE MANAGER:

- You will report directly to the Resident Manager.

- You will support the Resident Manager in monitoring the facility's KPIs.

- You will coordinate Front Office resources, plan and organise work shifts and distribution of staff.

- You will be responsible for the correct functioning of all shifts at the reception desk and contribute to the achievement of all targets (quantitative and qualitative) of the facility.

- You will check daily the correctness of check-in, check-out, billing issued and cash closing procedures.
- You will directly deal with the active invoicing related to the Inps Call and the reversal of utilities for companies leasing space within the facility (where applicable).
- You will manage complaints and terminations.
- You will check final balances of work done by external companies (cleaning)
- You will manage reports and extractions from the management system also supporting the verification activities required by the Resident Manager or Head Office offices.
- You will ensure continuous compliance with CX Service Standards and support the implementation of new procedures by carefully and promptly communicating them to the entire Front Office.

- You will be directly in charge of active billing related to the reversal of utilities for companies leasing space within the facility.

REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma or degree

- Ability to organise, manage staff and work in a team

- Knowledge of hotel PMS (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus)

- Previous experience in the hotel industry as FOM or Shift Leader

- Knowledge of written and spoken English
