We are looking for a Front Office Agent for our CX in Florence!

FRONT OFFICE AGENT TO DO LIST:
- You will be part of the Front Office Team.
- You will provide attentive and friendly customer service to all CX guests (past, present and future).
- You will check-in and check-out in a professional and friendly manner following company standards.
- You will be responsible for the correct data entry (customer information, bookings, maintenance, charges and the like) within the various management systems.
- You will be responsible for correct invoicing and support the administration.
- You will be responsible for the correct management and closing of the daily till and cash fund.
- You will schedule and distribute room keys conscientiously and correctly.
- You will notify expected arrivals and prepare documentation for them.
- You will handle any customer complaints.
- You will manage the App, e-mail and switchboard.
- You will notify cleaning and maintenance of the requests received and check that they have been carried out.
- You will be responsible for concluding rental agreements and returning the security deposit.
- You will be in charge of the bar by preparing hot or cold basic drinks, serving sandwiches and pre-packed snacks for the guests of the facility.
- You will be familiar with, observe and enforce all facility safety regulations.
- You will establish good relations with students and residents and draw up a calendar of events and activities for them.
- You will organise internal and external activities that involve everyone and enhance the sense of community.
- You will interact with external companies, seeking sponsors for various initiatives;
- You will propose social activities in line with CX standards with the aim of enhancing the community.
- You will work closely with the Community Coordinator and the Community Ambassadors of the other facilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree
- Previous experience as FOA
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus)
- Knowledge of written and spoken English
- Organisational skills and team spirit.
