Discover a new landmark in Modena: modern, accessible and designed to be part of your everyday life. The new facility was created in a completely renovated area, the former Corni area north of the Railway Belt, once the industrial heart of the city. Today, with this redevelopment project, it becomes a space all for living, with common areas, greenery and socialization points. The building has two towers: Tower A with 7 floors and Tower B with 6, for a total of 366 beds that accommodate students and young people with long-stay and short-stay options. The common areas in the basement, overlooking a central patio, are the social heart of the facility: a place to study, relax and meet new friends. A short walk from the station and with direct access from Via Fanti, this space will be your new meeting place: seating, green areas and quiet corners where you can chat, take a break or simply enjoy time with your friends.
