  • CX's intervention, respecting the identity of the neighborhood and the spirit of integration with its inhabitants, according to the principles of sustainability and cultural integration, lends itself to converting the structure into an advanced student-housing and co-living facility. The formula is hybrid and complete, offering both long stay and short stay, with a total of 460 rooms and 600 beds in addition to 2500 sqm of communal spaces.
    The communal spaces are designed not only for those who reside in the structure but also to open up to the metropolitan context. The layout is designed as an open floor in continuity with the outdoor areas, able to accommodate cultural events, neighborhood activities or simply offer its guests unique spaces for sharing and community.
    The interior design project is based on the contrast between two distinct souls, an antithesis-synthesis-fusion between 2 concepts: RAW and GLAM.
    Aware of the history and evolution of the building, the project is designed as a hard shell with a "dirty skin" within which to insert new functions and new flows that gravitate around ten iconic and monumental elements, defined GRAVITY POINTS. These components represent pivotal elements fixed in their position but flexible in their use and are in clear contrast with the building. Their concept stems from the idea of glam-hacking: they are chic, iconic, glittering and recognizable, "compasses" able to guide guests inside the building.
