CX is evolving, and at the same time, a new facility is taking shape in Turin for the first time: CXTurin | Vanchiglia. Comprising two clusters and designed to be a focal point interconnected with the city, it is neither a conventional hotel nor a typical student residence, but rather a place that fosters interaction between students, travelers, and locals.

CX’s goal is to create a shared, open, and dynamic space, with the ground floor of one of the two clusters designed to be accessible to the city. The other cluster, on the other hand, maintains a more private atmosphere, reserved exclusively for guests.

The strength of the new CX lies in its ability to create a fluid and flexible community, freely sharing common spaces: from lounge areas to the gym, from the study room to the kitchen, all the way to the panoramic rooftop.

Every corner of CXTurin | Vanchiglia breaks away from existing architectural rigidity to make room for an explosion of materials, colors, and informality. The furnishings in the common areas combine iconic pieces of Italian design, creating a lively contrast between bold pop tones and softer shades. The dynamic mood of the common areas is then balanced in the rooms, designed to offer each guest a familiar and customizable environment where they can truly feel at home.
