FRONT OFFICE MANAGER'S TO DO LIST:
- You will report directly to the General Manager.
- You will support the General Manager in monitoring the facility's KPIs.
- You will coordinate the Front Office resources, plan and organise work shifts and the distribution of staff in force.
- You will be responsible for the proper functioning of all shifts in the front office and contribute to the achievement of all targets (quantitative and qualitative) of the facility.
- You will check daily the correctness of check-in, check-out, billing issued and cash closing procedures.
- You will be directly responsible for active invoicing related to the Inps Call and the reversal of utilities for companies leasing space within the facility (where applicable).
- You will manage complaints and terminations.
- You will verify the final balance of work carried out by external companies (cleaning)
- You will manage reports and extractions from the management system, also in support of verification activities requested by the General Manager or Head Office offices.
- You will ensure continuous compliance with the CX Service Standards and support the implementation of new procedures, communicating them carefully and promptly to the entire Front Office
- You will directly deal with active invoicing relating to the billing of utilities for companies that rent space within the structure
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or degree
- Ability to organise, manage staff and work in a team
- Knowledge of hotel PMS (knowledge of Mews will be considered a plus)
- Previous experience in the hotel sector as a FOM or Shift Leader
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage
