Campus X is an Italian company operating in the student housing sector (www.cx-place.com) offering its guests a full optional and international living experience within its facilities.
We are looking for a Booking Supervisor for the CX facility in Milano Bicocca!

BOOKING SUPERVISOR TO DO LIST:
- You will enter and edit reservations received through all business channels (e-mail, phone, channel manager, walk-ins and the like)
- You will manage and respond to complaints and information regarding reservations with professionalism and courtesy
- You will manage the sale and organization of group bookings (group bookings)
- You will optimize room allocation and have room inventory under control at all times.
- You will be proactive in selling events and organizing them
- You will support in the development and feeding of the CRM
- You will handle general billing (electronic, university, groups, events, conferences).
- You will handle any customer complaints (online and offline)
- You will implement sales strategies in coordination with the Sales & Distribution department
- You will carry out Upselling works and Promotion of extra services and events
- You will attend sales events explaining the Campus X product and attracting new customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in Sales and Reservation in the hotel or non-hotel industry
- High school diploma or other equivalent qualification
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Thorough knowledge of Excel
- Organizational skills and team spirit
- Excellent level of Italian and English, written and spoken
- Knowledge of a third language is an asset
- Knowledge of PMS Mews is preferred
