CXHO- Technical Area (stage)

CampusX is an Italian company operating in the student housing sector (www.cx-place.com) that offers its guests a full optional and international living experience within its facilities.

We are looking for a resource for the Technical Area in Head Office. If you have a desire to contribute to our project, you are a green thinker capable of thinking outside the box, and are a citizen of the world ready to accept a new challenge, all you have to do is get on board, and get to know each other better, you could be the talent we are looking for.

TECHNICAL AREA INTERNSHIP TO DO LIST:

You will be supporting the entire HO technical department in various activities, such as but not limited to:

• Perform inspections and surveys
• Follow up on both technical and regulatory/bureaucratic aspects of facilities
• Verify estimates, cost specifications, final figures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in technical disciplines (Engineering or Architecture)
• Knowledge of Office package
• Knowledge of Autocad
• Good organizational and work planning skills
• Willingness to work in a team
• Knowledge of English language will be considered a plus
