Here we go, it's time to say goodbye...at least for this year! Book your check out in a few simple steps!
(We remind you that after booking your check out, a CX operator will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment)
The check out will be done directly at the apartment by a CX operator who will check its conditions and take the last reading for electricity consumption.
The apartment must be free of garbage, bottles, boxes, any furniture you have added, kitchen or cleaning items; dishes must be clean, the refrigerator empty and defrosted. The refrigerator door must be left open.
We also remind you that if your former roommate has left furniture, you must remove it to avoid the disposal charge.
If you are leaving furniture or kitchen/bathroom/other items to your roommate, he/she will have to give us formal acceptance by filling out the appropriate form.
We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to throw furniture or various objects (eg clotheslines) in the ecological area.
You can check out every day from 9:00 to 17:00, but please note that after 10:30 am on your last day of contract you will be charged a penalty of € 150.00.
Before the final balance you can check any outstanding payments at the front office.
After the check, you will have to go directly with the CX operator in reception to leave the key of the apartment and to complete the procedures.
We recommend that you bring your bank details with you so that you can fill out the form to return the deposit.
